 Are all your items authentic?
 Yes, we supply all of our products as authentic and will offer a full refund if you're unhappy with your purchase. All of the items we buy come direct from the brands or their authorised distributor.

 Most of our customers prefer to pay by Paypal or Credit/Debit card. We accept all major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Delta/Debit and Visa Electron. We also accept Nochex, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.
 Why should I register?
 There are several reasons why it's a good idea to register. First of all, you can create a wishlist where you can keep a list of items you would like to purchase but perhaps can't afford to buy them straight away. You can also ask us to keep you informed

 Yes. There are no hidden extras with us. You simply pay the advertised price plus P&P and that's it.

 We are located in Peterlee, County Durham in the North East of England. We welcome visitors to our showroom in South West Industrial Estate, Peterlee by appointment only.

 Yes this is normally fine as long as you do so before 4pm on the day it is due to be shipped. If we have already packed the order there will be a £1.50 administration charge to cover packaging and picking costs.
 What countries do you ship to?
 We ship worldwide but regret we do not offer shipping to Singapore, Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria and some other middle eastern countries.
