 Can I return an unwanted item?
 Yes, please return any unwanted items within 14 days. To arrange a return login to your account, go to "My Account", click "view" next to the order you wish to return then click the [need to return this product?] link and follow the instructions.
 What items cannot be returned?
 We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, headphones, jewellery, sale items or mixed wholesale lots. We may offer a replacement in certain circumstances.
 How do I return an item to you?
